Hypnosis is a naturally occurring state of consciousness that people routinely experience on a daily basis. You can be in a hypnotic state when you’re absorbed in work, engrossed in a movie or a book, or even sometimes when you’re driving a car. You remain completely in control. People often describe it as similar to being in a state of deep relaxation with a deep sense of calm, while focusing or not focusing their attention on what is said. Hypnosis is not a state of unconsciousness, because you are in control at all times.
Each session takes approximately 20 minutes and is entirely centred around your individual requirements at the time.
